Villa Georgianna

This single storey villa is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout.  The stylish, open-plan living area has two comfortable leather sofas, Smart TV (Satellite for English TV and access to the internet).   There is a DVD player with a selection of films and programmes available and a Bluetooth CD player if you wish to listen to your own music.

The room has a light, peaceful feel with good quality furnishings including a solid oak dining table with six chairs.

The independent modern kitchen is extremely well equipped for a self catering holiday and has everything you might expect; kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board.  There is also a cool box for your use; for lunch or some cool beers down on the beach.

The villa has 3 attractive, bright and spacious bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a 5 ft double bed, TV with DVD player and a fully-tiled ensuite bathroom.  There are two further bedrooms with twin beds and a family bathroom with walk-in shower.  A hairdryer is available.

Patio doors from the living area lead to the beautiful sun terrace which overlooks the large 8×3.6m heated swimming pool with Roman steps.  We have an outdoor table and chairs, comfortable sofa and 7 sun loungers.

An exterior stairway at the side of the villa leads to an amazing roof terrace with further sun loungers and views to the sea and mountains.  Enjoy relaxing with a beautiful view!

For small children we have an artificially grassed play area with wendy house and slide.  If you require a cot or high chair for your stay please just let us know.

We can also put in place a pool safety fence for extra peace of mind with small children around the pool.  Please let us know on booking should you require the fence, this is supplied at no extra cost.
